MM said something when we were at Ray-Ray's that kind of sat funny with me. Ray-Ray's husband asked when I was moving in and I said "As soon as this one moves out." She turned around and said..."I have no intention of turning over my keys until the 30th, I have paid rent for that." Ok, I do understand it, but when you are living in your new place...and have been for like 2 weeks...FREE until June 1st, and you know your friends (who have paid for June 1st) can't move in until SEVEN DAYS after you are gone, I would do my best to hurry and let them move in.
I do understand, but I would handle it differently for friends then strangers.
