I got offered the job tonight. Not surprising.
The shocking part is Wal-mart offered me $9/hr starting out to be a cashier.
That's not all that much less then I make at the bank.
That's certainly a step up from the $7/hr they were trying to offer.

$9/hr is a great deal, Juicy. I didn't know Wal-Mart actually paid our $9/hr! In DC/NoVA it's a different story. Good for you, hun. I am proud of you. It's very tough working two jobs - but you're following your goals, and in the end it will all pay off. I am very glad to hear you're going back to school.

Wow! That is great, at least if you are going to have to work two jobs at $9/hr Wal-Mart is making it worth your while...congrats!!
It's made me think a whole lot about the things in life that I want and how to get them.

sometimes, i think i'd rather have a "peon" job anyday than responsability.
so i became the president of my own company...
right then.
congrats on the job offer, i'd give it a swing. you can always leave if it gets to be too much work.
